We will align ourselves the best we can with your schedule, plans, and ideas. Whether you prefer to plant near your office or somewhere in the middle for all, just let us know, and we will make it happen.
We currently only offer our private volunteer events in Texas, where the planting season is from late October to early March.
On average, one volunteer can plant 2 to 4 trees per hour. For a 2-hour event with 50 employees or people, we recommend planting anywhere from 200 to 300 trees.
We'll visit potential sites to determine the viability of each location, work with local governments to attain your permits and approvals, and organize everything in between for a successful event.
Our team has done all the work, so your only job is to show up, have a great time, and enjoy the outdoors with your team!

Contact ↠To lock in a date with us, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the planting date.
We are pretty much rain or shine, unless there is thunder and lightning within an 8-mile radius of the event location. In case of storms, we've got a backup date all agreed upon. Unfortunately, there are no refunds, but we promise it's worth the wait!
No. "Projects" is Livelihood's for-impact arm within a for-profit entity. We focus on making it easy for you to carry out our organizational mission of restoring native habitats in urban parks and trails for a better quality of life for all.
If you'd like to order custom bottles, hats, or apparel for your volunteers, we recommend placing an order 2-3 months in advance to be on the safe side.
Yes. Our wonderful partners will maintain the trees you've donated after planting to ensure they can thrive.
In the best interest of the trees and your donation, we do not plant trees outside of the planting season months.
